It's taken 46 years, but John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono is getting recognition for co-writing Lennon's iconic song "Imagine."  The National Music Publishers Association bestowed the 1971 song with the Centennial Song award.  Publisher's Association Chief Executive David Israelite also recognized Yoko Ono as a co-writer of "Imagine" calling it a "well-deserved credit."

Ono's son Sean Lennon tells Variety that upon hearing she'd been credited with co-writing "Imagine," Yoko Ono swelled up in tears.
